REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All Returning Families should have registered by June 1st, if you are registering now there is a $25 Late Fee

The cut off for late registrations is June 30th.

To Register on line choose either Form A or Form B:

NOTE: If you are registering children for the first time, a copy of the baptismal certificate and documentation of previous religious education is needed before registration will be processed. This information can be mailed to 340 No. Franklin Tpke, HHK , NJ 07423
Registrations without the above documentation will not be processed. 

You will be contacted-only if you do not receive first choice.

Religious Education Center

The main goal of St. Luke's Religious Education Programs is to support families in their faith development. St. Luke's offers the following programs to assist families in achieving this goal.


Religious Education Classes
For children ages Kindergarten through Level Eight. This is a sequential program, which is designed to help our young people build on their understanding of our Faith and Church teaching.

Presently there are four options for taking part in the sessions for children from K -6.

Tuesday- 3:45 to 4:45 pm
Sunday- 10:00AM to 12 noon

Summer Sessions are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for two weeks.

During the year the children are also required to participate in four liturgical lessons, which are scheduled for Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter.

Level 7 and 8 presently meet Tuesday Evening -7:30 to 8:30pm
A two week evening summer session is offered for level 7 & 8 in July


Sacrament Preparation
During level two the children are prepared for the sacraments of reconciliation and Eucharist.

During level nine, those who have expressed desire, participate in the Immediate Preparation program for the reception of Confirmation. 

The Children's Liturgy
Children ages 3 through Level Three are invited to participate in the Children's Liturgy of the Word. This takes place during the 9:00am Mass from September through June.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
Adults who desire to be fully initiated members of the Catholic faith community are invited to journey through the RCIA process.  Those who have never been Baptized and those who have been Baptized but who have not celebrated  First Communion and/or Confirmation as Catholics begin the process by first speaking with the Parish RCIA Coordinator.

GIFT
A collaborative adult religious education program sponsored by Guardian Angel Church, St. Luke Church, St. Paul Church , The Church of the Presentation, St. Elizabeth Church, The Church of the Nativity, Most Blessed Sacrament Church , St. Catherine Church, Our Lady Mother of the Church and St. Mary Church.

Small Christian Communities
Formerly Renew 2000, the Small Christian Communities program consists of small groups of parishioners who meet to discuss and enhance their spiritual growth

This ministry's goal is to involve parishioners and others from outside the parish community in prayer, reflection and support, following the example set forth by Jesus. All are welcome and encouraged to participate in St. Luke's Small Christian Communities.

BIBLE STUDY
Focusing on a variety of scriptural topics, Bible Study tries to provide a solid Background of scriptural knowledge as well as time-pertinent theological issues. Everyone is welcome.

- ** Unplug the Christmas Machine is a special presentation to help you enjoy the upcoming stressful Holiday Season with a sense of peace.

- During the Why Catholic semesters, Fr. White offers a large group presentation on these morality and spirituality topics 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM each Sunday night in the Rectory Mtg Room. All are welcome to these even if not formally signed up for the Why Catholic Program.
